FEES & QUESTIONS
Before you confirm.
Ask our teamWhat is the complete fee structure?
Fees depend on the selected card and action. Review the fee types above, then check the current quote and applicable terms in your account. Do not treat a design example as a sales offer.
What transaction types are permitted?
Personal virtual cards are for supported purchases. Merchant categories, subscriptions, and deposit holds may be restricted by the card channel.
Where can my KIVPLAY cards be used?
Availability depends on your region, the selected card channel, and the merchant. Mobile-wallet support also depends on the device and region; it is not included with every card.
How fast can my funds be used?
Deposits require blockchain confirmation and account processing. Card issuance and top-ups are separate steps. Follow the status in your account; a fixed completion time is not guaranteed.
Which currencies are supported for top-ups?
For wallet deposits, use only USDT on TRON (TRC20) and the dedicated address shown in your account. Wrong assets or networks may cause loss, and recovery is not guaranteed.
Can I withdraw money using my virtual KIVPLAY card?
Virtual cards do not support ATM cash withdrawals. Wallet withdrawals, where available in your account, are a separate service.
What are the FX rates?
Check the card’s settlement currency and conversion terms before paying in another currency. Review any available rate and fee details; do not assume a fixed exchange rate.
Am I able to withdraw my topped-up USDT?
If withdrawal is available in your wallet, review the recipient address, TRC20 network, fee, limits, and verification requirements before confirming. A card balance is separate from the wallet balance.
Can I send money directly to another KIVPLAY user?
Use the internal transfer option in your wallet where available. Check the recipient account, fee, and amount before confirming. Incorrect transfers may not be reversible.
What happens in case of refunds or chargebacks?
Report a duplicate or unrecognized payment promptly through the available support channel. Keep the transaction reference and follow the card’s dispute terms. Refund timing and outcome depend on the merchant and card channel.
