SECURITY & SERVICE

Understand the service.
Stay in control.

Know what to check before applying, how to protect your account, and where to find help when a payment needs attention.

THE CURRENT PRODUCT

Personal virtual cards. Clearly defined.

This website introduces KIVPLAY’s personal USDT wallet and virtual prepaid card experience.

Wallet balances, card balances and bank accounts are different products. The KIVPLAY wallet is not presented as a personal bank account.

Check the card program’s region, merchant, spending and verification rules before applying. Not every card supports the same payment methods.

Business accounts, merchant acquiring and banking APIs are not offered by the personal virtual card described here.

BEFORE AND DURING USE

Verification follows the product.

The relevant card program and request determine the checks you may need to complete.

You may be asked to verify account access, identity or a transaction. Refunds and disputes can also require supporting information.

Review the requirements before adding funds. If you cannot complete a required check, contact support before proceeding.

Use only the official account flow for verification. Do not send security codes or full card credentials in a support message.

EVERYDAY SECURITY

Small checks. Better protection.

Keep control of the credentials and addresses you use.

  1. 01

    Use your account security settings

Protect access to your linked email and set up the verification options available in your account. Review unexpected activity promptly.

  2. 02

    Check the asset and network

Send only the supported asset on the network displayed in your account. Wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable.

  3. 03

    Keep sensitive details private

Support does not need your password, CVV or one-time verification code. Use a transaction reference and a masked card number when needed.

WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION

A clear route to help.

Different payment stages need different information.

  1. 01

    A deposit has not appeared

Check the blockchain transaction reference, receiving address, asset and network. Share those details with support; do not send another deposit to test it.

  2. 02

    A card payment is declined

Check available card funds, merchant restrictions and any required verification. Keep the payment time and amount for support.

  3. 03

A refund or dispute is pending

Keep the merchant confirmation and transaction reference. Processing depends on the merchant and card channel; review the service terms for requirements.
